Microsoft is offering privacy guidelines for Developers. This document is a public version of Microsoft’s interenal private guidelines. It can be downloaded from the link below and there are 49 pages included in that document. (Ya. a lit bit long doc.) Im still reading this document and I will share some notes from that doc after I have read.
