    Hi Christian,
    Thanks for visiting my blog..

I am a newby in blogs and have been doing it for about 5 months now. I worked my way up to a PR 2. I know its not that great, but it was a start. Now i’m back at ‘0′. I’m not sure what happened. Do you have any tips?

    ya. it happened.
    Here are some tips.
    1. You should use two or more PR tools for checking the PR of your blog. (Because, some free PR tools have some problems (eg: concurrency issue. or getting updated.))

    2. AFAIK, Google used to update PR three or four times a year. You won’t increase or drop your blog rank for a particular period.

    3. Another important thing is that your PR is gonna drop when DNS server of your blog has been changed. (so, maybe. your blog was at PR2. but the DNS of Server of your blog has been changed then your PR gonna be dropped. And also, you won’t even know whether DNS server has been changed or not if you are using Free Blogging Services like WordPress.com, Blogger.com and so on.)

However, I would suggest you to keep make your blog grow. No matter what your PR is. As long as you keep on posting a nice thread, a lot of people will be visiting your blog and you will get the Loyal Readers for your blog. then, Your PR will be automatically raised. :)

Wishing you to get a lot of traffic and links for raising PR.
