Google Theme – New Feature?

Did you notice that??
Google allows you to choose your favorite theme for your Personalized Google Home page.
There are only 7 themes currently available now.
Here is the preview for Seasonal Scape Theme.
The right panel of this theme says ~
This theme will dynamically change to match your time of day, including local sunrise and sunset times.
Please enter a location (your city and state or zipcode) to update this theme correctly.

It’s pretty cool. I hope they ‘ll add more themes in future or we can customize it.

Is this feature not available when using a localized version of Google? My homepage is http://www.google.ca and I don’t have a link for Themes…

act, it’s in Personalized Home page.
If the localized version of Google has Personalizing feature then it would have “Theme” selector too..
