Goodbye, Netscape!
According to the news from TechCrunch, Netscape Navigator will die on February 1, 2008 since the Netscape development team has only 0.6% market share among the browsers. It is so sad for that team but (in my very low opinion) it’s pretty good news for web developers (especially for Ajax/Javascript developers). If you were in web development, you know how hard to fix the cross-browser issues and the cost/time for making cross-browser web applications.
Goodbye, Netscape! I hope you can do better next time..

It’s good for web developers. But it’s one of the oldest browsers. Do you think any of the current browsers are using netscape plugin still ? I guess some are using.

Yeah. It’s true..
Yeah. there might be some but sooner or later, people will forget about netscape and those plugin will die too.
I’m not so sure why people are releasing a lot of different browsers with me-too or me-similar features.

Hi Michael,
Actually your example worked well at my end too. But my problem still exist. I did that in another way by iterating through the control collection and checking type. It works, but FindControl doesn’t. I was going to send mail intimating this to you. Thanks very much for your help.
AFAIK, you and me are thinking in the same direction. So why don’t we join and work for some innovations ?

Okay.. yeah, man.. we can work together…. I’m currently focusing on Silverlight.. And also, I’m doing one project proposal for one outsourcing project.. I’m not so sure whether I will get that project or not.
What about you? man, what area are you focusing now?
