http://dowebsitesneedtolookexactlythesameineverybrowser.com/ is by Simple Bits. My friend Andrew did http://ismakingwebsiteseasy.com/.

Sorry for the confusion.

The creator of http://dowebsitesneedtolookexactlythesameineverybrowser.com/
happens to be a friend of mine, Andrew Jaswa, an excellent Web developer, though with a penchant for minimalism. You can see a much more informative site by him at http://andrewjaswa.com/

About your update:
In Spanish you can found http://www.usaelputogoogle.com
It means "Use the f*ck*ing Google", and can search the web using Google APIs.
It has some characters from a TV program, I have seen anything similar before in foreign TV, but if I have to compare it with any, I'll do with Southpark.

PS: I'm not translating anything here because I don't know if there are children reading, but you know how to do it. It's not perfect, but it will give you an idea of what's about ;-)
